Story of a Sleeping Man is an independent film written, directed and produced entirely by students of Southern Illinois University.
We are a class of 20 students, mostly film majors, getting class credit, thesis film credit and experience in the independent film industry.
If we succeed in funding and completing the film, we will have (albeit in a small way) re-structured the way independent Study Programs are thought of at the University level.
